Create a fitness goal and document your progress one workout at a time
You can set a goal for weight loss, toning, etc. to have a weekly or daily target. You can also set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Once you create a fitness goal, you can select the muscle groups you want to target. You can select from core (specifically your back, abdominals, and glutes), chest, shoulders, arms, legs, and core.
The exercises you select will be visualized and highlighted in color, so you know exactly where you should be and what you should be doing.
You can save each exercise for later to review them, so you can see exactly what you did and how you felt.
